This bare steel cable can be interchanged with many speed ropes available on The WOD Life including the Revo Speed Rope and the Cyclone Speed rope.
You may need also need to replace the adjustable set screws for your Speed Rope. They can be found
The Bare Cable arrives with one end being a fixed swaged end and an adjustable set screw for the other end of your cable.

- Suitable for all skill levels
- Can be used on a variety of surfaces
- Requires less frequent replacement
